This annual award is part of Exploring’s Employee Awards program, which was created to recognize and honor talented employees who go above and beyond in their roles.

This is the fifth time Exploring has been named to the list, signifying the company’s consistent high growth. The annual rankings are based on percentage growth in net sales over a three-year period.

This is Exploring’s third acquisition in 14 months, and advances the company’s mission of discovering truly innovative solutions and value for clients.
As part of the company's new Employee Awards program, Exploring, Inc has awarded Mitch Wright its 2015 Employee of the Year. During his 12 years of employment, Mitch has gone above and beyond in his everyday tasks as the Senior/Show Lead in the carpentry division of ID3 Group.

In his new role, Kelly is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, customer service, and production. He is also responsible for implementing the company’s strategic plan.

Chisel 3D designs, creates and fabricates large, three-dimensional custom props, sculptures, signs, logos, and other pieces for experiential marketing events, tradeshows and permanent installations. The company’s theme design and scenic fabrication capabilities include concept and structural design, maquette sculpting, 3D scanning, CNC machining, foam carving and detailing, hard coating, painting, mold making and fiberglass work.
